Item 8.01. Other Event.
LanzaTech Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: LNZA) announced the promotion of Chad Thompson to Chief People Officer. Mr. Thompson joined LanzaTech in October 2022 from Chevron with extensive experience in building and leading people operations at public companies. As a proven leader, Mr. Thompson will oversee the execution of LanzaTech’s global people strategy to support the company’s global growth.
