Item 8.01. Other Event.
Chicago, IL (March 25, 2024) – LanzaTech Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: LNZA) with Technip Energies jointly announced the selection by the U.S Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations to begin award negotiations for up to $200 million in Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Project SECURE is an extension of the joint collaboration agreement between the two companies. The aim of the project is to capture CO2 emissions from traditional ethylene crackers and transform them into sustainable ethylene using our combined processes.
