Corporate Governance Overview

Good governance is the foundation upon which our strategic planning, performance management and risk management are based. LanzaTech continuously reviews our governance framework, systems, practices, controls, policies, and processes to improve our ability to respond to and thrive in an ever-changing and challenging environment. Through our ongoing review process, we ensure that the interests of all stakeholders (from customers and partners to employees and leadership to shareholders) are considered and fully aligned. Additionally, this framework allows us to achieve and maintain:

As part of our commitment to good governance, we ensure that we live up to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct reflected in our Code of Conduct and Ethics, driven to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering. Our internal policies addressing those topics, as well as those for anti-trust, confidentiality, data privacy, insider trading and conflicts of interest, guide our employees on their specific business activities, no matter their geographic location.
