Biography

Rachel Brenc serves as the Vice President of Engineering at LanzaTech, leading the global engineering team in the design and execution of projects. Prior to this role, Rachel held key positions at LanzaTech, including Director of Commercial Development and Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she led groundbreaking projects such as the world’s first commercial waste gas to ethanol design and introduced recycled carbon consumer goods to the market.

Prior to joining LanzaTech in 2014, Rachel began her career at ExxonMobil in operations-based Engineering roles. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Cornell University.
